| RULES & REGULATIONS : SCHOOL EVENTS |
| Group Dance Competition |
| 1)The competition is for Group Dance only. 2) All participants have to bring their own cassette/ C.D with the song / track. 3) Participants have to arrange their own costume / props ( if any ). 4) The has to have a minimum of 3 members.5) The participants can prepare on one song / track but the time of performance would be decided by the judge. 5) Date of competition : 21st December 2008. |

| Quiz Contest |
|
1) The Quiz is for 3 member teams. 2) There will be a written preliminary round followed by the finals. 3) The competition will be held for 2 categories : a. Class VIII - Class X . 2008 b. Class XI - Class XII. 4) Date of competition : 22nd December 2008. |

| Creative Writing |

1) The Creative writing is for 2 Categories. a. Juniors (Class VIII - Class X ). b. Seniors ( Class XI - Class XII ). 3) The topic will be provided at the time of competition. 4) The participants can use any language ( English, Hindi or Bengali ). 5) The Participants will be provided answer sheets. 6) Date of competition : 20 th December 2008. |

| Music Band ( School of Rock )- for schools only |
|
1) The competition is for School students only. All members have to be from the same school. 2) All band have to bring their own instruments. 3) all band have to use only the Drum kit provided by the organizers ( personal drum kits will not be allowed ). 4) The total time will be 15 minutes. 5) The performance could be in any language Bangla, Hindi , or English. 6) Minimum 3 members, maximum 7 members team. Date: 23 rd December , 2008. |

| GENERAL RULES FOR ALL EVENTS |
| 1)Participants have to register at the reception before the events. 2) Those interested in participating have to deposit the completed form by : 18the December 2008. 3) The participation is on a fist come first served basis. 4) The decision of the judges / organizers is final. 5) While the event is open is open for all eligible people, the organizers reserve the right to bar anyone from participation for any reasons whatsoever. 6) The winners will be announced by the organizers as soon as possible after the events. 7) The prize distribution will be held on the 31 st December 2008 at the venue. |
